hi there! we are now spun into this thing we call the world wide web... actually we don't really call it that. does anybody actually call it that anymore? I think people just say "the web" or "internet" or "the net." anywho.
we are here! the time has finally come that we have decided to share our lives with everyone. check in with us from time to time and we might have some news or not news to share. you could even post a comment on something. or just read and don't say anything. we're totally okay with that, too.

My biggest concern is how are we going to keep track of what is the 'news' vs. the 'not news'. There has got to be some kind of consistent system in place, right? How else can we be sure which is which and what if it's 'news' to me, but 'not news' to someone else. How are we going to know?!?!?!
